As rare as it might be, something could break during the repair process (plastic clips-common, paint crack-rare, window- very rare). We are committed to resolve any and all damage caused by Dent Heads expediently. We would like to reassure you that this is a safe repair for your vehicle and the likelihood of something breaking at fault of ours it is extremely rare. We just want you to know that you can trust us to do the right thing.
Plastic Clip:
Plastic gets brittle over time and they sometimes break, but don't worry we carry a wide assortment of clips on hand.

Cracked Paint:
In nearly every case we will be able to tell you if a dent is so bad that the paint may crack BEFORE the repair is performed. You can then make the decision weather or not you want us to go ahead with the repair. If you choose for us to go ahead on a questionable dent and the paint cracks, the responsibility is on you.

Broken Window:
Maybe one out of a thousand cars repaired, a window may break probably due to technician error. The most common type of window to break is *laminated glass* (flat glass outer glue with tempered inner). Tempered glass is very strong while flat glass is very brittle; a select few manufactures put these windows in there vehicles for road noise reduction. Each window is marked in the bottom right corner of the glass when it is completely rolled up.
